Assist. Prof. Taninnit Leerapun graduated from Faculty of Medicine, Chiang Mai University and worked as an internship doctor (Public servant) in Department of Orthopaedics, Faculty of Medicine, Chiang Mai University and received the Certificate of Orthopaedics surgery. Then, he pursued his study period in of Bone and Soft tissue Tumour for 2 years at Mayo Clinic, USA. The scholarship is granted by the Faculty of Medicine, ChiangMai University. Then he was trained intensively about Joint Replacement Surgery of Hip and Knee for 6 weeks at Western Ontario University, Canada.
In the present, Asst. Prof. Taninnit Leerapun work as the Assistant Professor in the faculty of medicine, ChiangMai university, the academic post, and Associate Director in The Center for Medical Excellence, Faculty of Medical, ChiangMai University. He occupied the taking care of the serious patients who need to be performed in the surgery at Maharaj Nakorn ChiangMai Hospital. Most of them are complex, abnormal and serious therefore, the doctors need high experiences in the special cases. In addition, Asst. Prof. Taninnit Leerapun, M.D.,Ph.D. is a member of The Royal College of Orthopaedics Surgeons of Thailand and also occupied as committee in sub branch Bone and Soft Tissue Tumors. He also has a lot of experience in ultrasound guidance therapeutic injection in orthopaedics problems especially back pain, shoulder pain, and knee pain.

Our team carried out the treatment by improvement the behavior of the patient, proper drug usage, the injection to relieve pain which ultrasound technology is used to ensure the proper position of injection, and the spinal interventions (non-surgical) is used to eliminate the membrane and reduce the pain of nerve. However, the surgical medical procedures will be used for the last option in case of the conservation treatment options are not effective.
